Comoclub is a global membership programme for guests of COMO Hotels and Resorts, available at participating properties worldwide. The system is free to join and operates on a straightforward principle: members accumulate Comocredits by spending across COMO properties, and those credits can be redeemed to offset final bills or exchanged for exclusive experiences called Comomoments. The programme is structured around six tiers, each defined by annual qualifying spend thresholds, with earning rates and benefits escalating at each level. Unlike some luxury hotel programmes that rely on opaque invitation processes or undisclosed elite tiers, Comoclub publishes exactly what each tier requires and what it delivers, making progression transparent and attainable.

The six tiers are labeled C1 through C6, and members enter at C1 with no spending requirement. Advancement to C2 requires SGD 800 in qualifying spend during a calendar year, C3 requires SGD 8,000 annually, C4 requires SGD 15,000 annually, C5 requires SGD 50,000 annually, and C6 requires SGD 100,000 annually. Once members achieve a tier, they need only to meet a lower annual renewal threshold to retain their status rather than regain it from zero, which is a customer-friendly design feature. Members earn Comocredits through direct bookings at COMO Hotels and Resorts, including associated restaurants and COMO Shambhala spa and wellness retreat locations. The critical distinction is that credits accumulate only on spending booked directly with the properties, not through third-party online travel agencies or booking platforms, though dining and wellness purchases made through third parties may be eligible depending on the agreement at that location.

The earning multipliers are the core mechanic that differentiates each tier. C1 members earn one Comocredit per SGD 1 spent, a baseline rate that still allows frequent diners or spa users to accumulate meaningful balances even at entry level. C2 members earn two credits per dollar, C3 members earn three, C4 members earn four, C5 members earn five, and C6 members earn six credits per dollar. These multipliers apply to all eligible purchases across the group, so a C5 member spending SGD 10,000 on a week-long stay, spa treatment, and restaurant meals would accumulate SGD 50,000 worth of Comocredits rather than SGD 10,000. Every tier also receives a double earning bonus for one month on their birthday, so C5 members would earn ten credits per dollar during birthday month. Points remain valid for 24 months at C1 through C3 and for 36 months at C4 through C6, providing runway to accumulate and redeem without unreasonable expiration pressure.

Redemption is straightforward and flexible. Members may redeem Comocredits to offset their final bill at checkout at any participating COMO property, provided they have a sufficient balance. The redemption is instantaneous, and members can choose to redeem the entire balance, a partial amount, or none at all; any remaining charges are settled with a credit card or cash as usual. This redemption flexibility, which contrasts with programmes that force members to fully exhaust points before paying out of pocket, removes friction and lets members hold reserves if they prefer. Alternatively, members can exchange Comocredits for Comomoments, a exclusive collection of exclusive experiences and items from across the COMO Group. The programme does not publish a redemption rate chart or a list of experience costs, meaning members must browse available Comomoments to see what their accumulated credits might purchase. This approach differs from programmes where one point always equals one cent or a published fraction thereof, creating some uncertainty about the effective value of tier-based earning multipliers without comparing prices of available Comomoments.

The tier benefits extend well beyond earning multipliers and include concrete perks at COMO Hotels, partner restaurants, fashion retailers, and wellness providers. C1 members receive late checkout or early check-in and a welcome treat in their room. C5 members, by contrast, enjoy complimentary breakfast at COMO Hotels, late checkout, spa credits, and substantial discounts at partner venues like Club21 for shopping and Dover Street Market. C6 members, described as the tier for most serious spenders, receive enhanced versions of these perks plus exclusive access to partner benefits that may include dedicated concierge service or invitation-only events. The shopping partnerships with Club21 and affiliated retailers mean members can earn Comocredits through fashion spending as well, deepening the earning potential for guests who already shop at those partners. Birthday month also triggers an annual allowance: C5 members receive a SGD 200 shopping spree and additional gifts, while C1 members receive smaller acknowledgements.

The programme's principal strength is clarity. Every spending threshold and earning rate is published, every tier's benefits are enumerable, and progression is mechanical rather than subject to undisclosed criteria. Members know exactly what they need to spend to reach each tier and precisely how many credits they will earn at that tier. This predictability makes it possible for frequent COMO guests to strategize their bookings or dining reservations to hit tier thresholds if they wish, though the programme is equally accessible to guests who simply accumulate naturally. The global scope of COMO Hotels and Resorts, with properties across Asia and growing presence in other regions, also means that a single member can earn meaningfully toward tier advancement across multiple geographies rather than being confined to a narrow chain or region. For guests who stay multiple times annually at COMO properties or who combine hotel stays with regular spa or restaurant visits, the six-tier structure with bonus earning multipliers creates substantial rewards velocity.

The main constraint is the direct-booking requirement. Members cannot earn Comocredits when booking through agencies or online travel portals, which restricts earning for members who use loyalty points from airline programmes to book hotels or who rely on travel advisors. This funnels economic incentives toward direct bookings, which is standard industry practice and economical for COMO, but it caps the earning potential for members who book through intermediaries even when staying at COMO properties. Additionally, because the programme does not publish point values for Comomoments or specific redemption rates, members cannot precisely calculate the return on their spending relative to simply paying out of pocket. A member accumulating SGD 50,000 in Comocredits might assume that equals SGD 50,000 in value, but without pricing transparency on experiences they cannot verify whether their tier multiplier generates better value than lower tiers. The 24-month expiration on lower tiers also means C1-C3 members must use or lose credits within two years, which could pressure members who intend to hold balances for future large redemptions.

Comoclub works well for guests who stay regularly at COMO properties or who spend frequently at COMO restaurants, spas, and partner retailers, particularly those at C4 and above where the tier benefits extend meaningfully beyond the earning multiplier. The published tier structure and transparent progression path appeal to guests who value predictability and who want to optimize loyalty spending across a known earning schedule. The birthday earning bonus and the choice between bill offsets or exclusive experiences offer flexibility that suits different travel patterns. For comparison to competitors, Comoclub sits between simpler flat-earning programmes and complex schemes with many hidden tiers or undisclosed elite levels, offering members reasonable transparency without the earning complexity of some larger hotel chains.
